NexaBid is licensed per seat (one named user per license), not sold. Your license key activates the software on your machines and works offline. Keys are verified cryptographically and must not be shared, resold, or published. A license may be transferred to a new employee by contacting hello@nexabid.ca.
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in Canadian dollars via Stripe. New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial: you add a card, and the first charge happens at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. Cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt email or by writing to us — access continues to the end of the paid period.
Founding pricing ($79/mo, first 10 shops) is locked for 12 months from purchase and then follows the then-current founding renewal terms communicated before the lock expires.
If NexaBid does not fit your shop, write to hello@nexabid.ca within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.
NexaBid is estimating software: it supports your judgment, it does not replace it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your bids, quantities and pricing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for lost profits on work you bid.
Your project files remain yours. NexaBid claims no rights over estimates you create. If we ever add optional cloud features, they will be opt-in and this section will be updated first.
Material changes to these terms will be emailed to active licensees at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use NexaBid after that means you accept them.
